Full-time elderly carer at the senior center, Carol Park area

We are looking for elderly carer, with a full-time program (15 shifts of 12 hours/day, schedule 8 am - 8 pm, one working day with one day off) for a senior center, in the Carol Park area.

Responsibilities:

-Takes care of the seniors in the center, offers them help with personal hygiene and changes them, when necessary,

- Serves meals to the seniors and correctly administers their medication, prescribed by the doctor, under the careful supervision of the head nurse,

-Reports the activity carried out, in writing by signing the activity monitoring sheets (the signature confirming the completion of all the steps in the protocols and work schemes) and verbally to the superior hierarchical boss (assistant boss), signaling any problem that arose in the performance of the activity;

- Performs cleaning in the assigned spaces (halls, bathrooms, corridors, consulting rooms, offices, stairs, etc.), by applying work procedures and observing cleaning protocols;

-Cleans and disinfects daily, whenever necessary, bathrooms, WCs with materials and utensils used only in these places;

-Follows the achievement of general sanitation and cleanliness in the work spaces, using the right utensils and substances suitable for the place to be disinfected and the intended purpose;

-Responsible for the use and keeping in good condition of the cleaning utensils (cart, brushes, cloths, etc.) that he personally takes care of, as well as those that are used in common and store them in safe conditions;

-Correctly establishes the material requirement to ensure a fluent activity.

It offers:

- in the first 3 months, a net income of 4,340 RON / month, composed of: a net salary of 3,500 RON / month + meal vouchers (40 RON / day)

- starting from the 4th month, a net income of 5,000 - 5,200 RON / month, composed of: a net salary of 4,000 - 4,200 RON/ month + meal vouchers (40 RON / day) + an optional ING pension (160 RON/month), depending on the person's skills.
